Pasta with Champignons & Meatballs

Quickly ready, nutritious and cheap. Such meals we really like in our family.

Preparation time 35 minutes


  • 250 g meatballs (small like for soup)
  • 180 g canned champignons (leaked)
  • 250 g mini pasta (or gluten free version)
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 ml sour cream (or whipped cream)
  • 2 tbsp creamy cheese
  • salt & pepper


Heat the butter in the pan and bake the meatballs until cooked. I also popped them well.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta until dente, pour it and keep warm until use.
In another pan, heat a piece of butter and bake the mushrooms, flavored with pepper and salt.

When the mushrooms are ready, add the meatballs and the pasta. Add the cream and mix well. Lastly (and I do it as a sauce-thickening) add 1 or 2 el flat cheese. Let all warm up and finish together.

Delicious with a glass of white beer or wine.
