Lump Cheese in oil

To marinate the cheese in jar is a perfect way to keep a healthy and pure product full of vitamins and minerals for the winter. Whether as a gift or a real, natural appetizer. De choice is yours, these jars will depart soon as a gift to my mother 🙂

Preparation time 15 minutes .. Durability 4 weeks at room temperature, after one month in the fridge


  • a few stalks of rosemary
  • a few stalks of thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4-5 chilli peppers
  • 4 tsp red peppercorns
  • olive oil


Make the lump cheese as described in the recipe of the link.

Cut later in the cheese in uniform cubes. Put the cubes in the glass, divide the remaining ingredients in all glasses and pour over with olive oil until everything is under oil.

Close the glass and keep for later.

I have made two glasses with spicy chilli peppers and two soft flavoured, only with some red peppercorns and herbs.
