Kefir mini pancakes

Every Friday is The D-day without meat. At least in our family. But that’s why no one should go hungry. And to make things healthier, I have this mini pancakes made ​​from kefir.

Preparation time 40 minutes


  • 500 ml kefir
  • 180-200 g flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • sunflower oil
  • fresh fruit, jam or whipped cream


In a bowl mix all ingredients until smooth, homogeneous dough. Grease the pan with sunflower oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.

Serve with desired jam, sweetened with sugar or with whipped cream and fresh fruit to taste.
