Frittelle Quattro verdure

Goedkoop, gezond en heerlijk lekker gerechtje. De combinatie van de groenten maakt deze pins zo lekker dat ze geen salsa meer nodig hebben. Maar wie kan niet zonder, mag het zeker toevoegen.

Preparation time 35 minutes


  • 1/2 of cauliflower
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 3/4 celeriac
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 finely chopped shallot
  • sunflower oil
  • salt & pepper


Wash all vegetables and clean them. Divide the cauliflower into roses and put it in the kitchen robot first. Grind him to the “rice”, then change from the grater and grate the remaining vegetables like apples for the Strudl.

Put the grated vegetables in a large bowl, add the chopped eggs, finely sliced shallot, salt and pepper and mix well together. Afterwards heat the sunflower oil in the pan and bake the pins until you have no vegetables anymore.

Serve with cider or white beer.
