Finest pork tenderloin

Really delicious pork tenderloin with caramelised leeks.

Preparation time 30 minutes

  • 500 g pork tenderloin
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • butter
  • salt & pepper

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over high heat. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper fry in the pan until just tender – about 2 minutes per side. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm.

Cut the yellow and light green part of the leek into julienne. Melt the butter in a pan and sprinkle with the sugar in it and cook the leeks 5-8 minutes until they caramelize.

Serve as separation food diet or with baked potatoes.

Personally, I start always by caramelizing of vegetables and then I start with roasting the meat, so I have done everything together.
