Fennel salad with spinach and white cabbage

Delicious vegetable salad with a fresh touch.

Preparation time 10 minutes


  • 1/2 white cabbage
  • 1 fennel
  • 200 g young spinach
  • 2 shallots, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2-3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt & pepper


Cut the white cabbage, fennel and shallots in fine juliennes. Cut spinach into a little thicker strips. Mix in a bowl and season with pepper and salt.

In a smaller bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and the lime juice.
Všetko spolu dôkladne premiešaj a prípadne ešte dochuť soľou, alebo korením. Hotovo

Serve more baked meat or without, as a light summer menu.
