Another quick, nutritious and very tasty recipe for lunch or for dinner. When preparing for a gluten-free diet use gluten-free breadcrumbs, or replace them with ground almonds.
Preparation time 20 minutes .. Baking 20-25 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4-6 pers
- 1 cauliflower
- 4 potatoes, in small dices
- 150 ml of milk
- 150 ml of cream
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- nutmeg
- salt & pepper
- 150 g grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 tbsp oil for greasing
PREPARATION
Preheat the grill.
Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook until al dente. Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes and boil in salted water until al dente. Drain.
Stir in the milk and cream and eggs and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Keep aside.
Grease the pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the potatoes on it, then the cauliflower florets and sliced ham. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over the milk-cream mixture.
Leave the food colors 20-25 minutes under the grill and serve with a glass of cider or white beer.
