Carrot – oat rolls

Delicious Finish carrot-oat rolls.

Preparation time 15 minutes .. Rising 60 minutes .. Baking 15 minutes


  • 3/4 cup of warm water
  • 7 g dried yeast
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 450 g all purpouse flour
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 100 g carrot, finely grated


Dissolve the yeast by mixing him in warm water. Add the flour, salt, grains, oil and carrots, and finally after addition of each of the ingredients meng the dough through. Put the dough on the work surface and knead until soft and slightly sticky mass. Put it in a bowl and leave for an hour in a warm place to rise.

After one hour, knead the dough a bit, divide into four parts, and each part devide further into 3 parts. Make from each part a smaller loaf, place on greased baking form or baking sheet covered with baking paper and let rise for 30 minutes. In meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C and bake until golden – about 15 minutes.

After baking, let them cool on a rack.
