Delicious Finish carrot-oat bread with spelt sourdough.
Preparation time 15 minutes .. Rising 60 + 45 minutes .. Baking 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 12 pcs
- 3/4 cup of warm water
- 25 g dried spelt sourdough
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 450 g all purpouse flour
- 5 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 g carrot, finely grated
- 4 + 2 tbsp sesame seed
PREPARATION
Mix in the bowl the flour, sourdough, salt, 4 tbsp sesame, oil and carrots, and finally after addition of each of the ingredients mix the dough through. Put the dough on the work surface and knead until soft and slightly sticky mass. Put it in a bowl and leave for an hour in a warm place to rise.
After one hour, knead the dough a bit and make a loaf, place on greased baking form or baking sheet covered with baking paper and let rise for 30 minutes. Spread the bread with milk and sprinkle with sesame. In meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C and bake until golden – about 15 minutes.
After baking, let them cool on a rack.
