Big eyed mini brownies

Big eyed mini brownies with three different flavours.

Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 15-20 minutes


  • 140 g pure chocolate
  • 250 g butter
  • 120 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 220 g caster sugar


Beat the eggs with the sugar. Do this using a mixer. Melt the chocolate with the butter. Mix the egg mixture with the melted chocolate butter. Mix the flour.

Pour the batter into small ramekins and bake 15-20 minutes at 160°C, in a large low form little longer.

I poured the batter in the form of financiers, mini cannelés and mini cilinders. The fist ones have got final touch of hazelnuts, second of candies orange peel and last once of pure chocolate callets. All three are really wonderful.
