- 1 cup baking chocolate
- 1 beaten egg for brushing
PREPARATION
Prepare the milk dough as described in the recipe in the link.
Preheat the oven to 225°F.
Cut the chocolate bars into pieces of 5 mm and mix with the dough after the first rising. Form into balls of 70 g and place on the baking sheet. Let them rise for another 30 minutes and then brush them with beaten egg.
Fry the balls for 6-8 minutes in a preheated oven and let them cool on a rack.
After cooling, you can also freeze them.
