Banana boats

Healthy, quickly finished and can also only two ingredients. For the gluten-free version substitute the oats by the rice flakes.

Preparation time 5 minutes .. Baking 15 minutes


  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • raisins of chocolate chips


Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mash the bananas and mix in bowl with oat flakes. Form the batter using two teaspoons of the boats and put them on paper lined baking sheet. Push in each boat a raisin or chocolate slice and bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven.

Remove from the oven, let cool and enjoy.
