Delicious side dish for most festive menus.
Preparation time 5 minutes .. Baking 35 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 16 mini potatoes
- 4 slices smoked ham or bacon
- 1 branch of rosemary
- olive oil
- a little coarse salt
PREPARATION
Wash potatoes, peel and cut in the middle. Cut slices of bacon in 3 cm wide strips that push them with the blunt side of a knife into the each cut of potatoes. Cut a leaf from rosemary and add to the bacon.
Brush the baking gently with little bit of olive oil and brush also prepared potatoes. Lightly sprinkle a few grains of coarse-grain salt and bake them at 200°C for 35 minutes. After baking, put on each potato very little piece of butter.
Serve as an attachment with meat, bbq or even Blanquette of salmon. →
