Apricot-blackberry buns

Such wonderful yummies you can prepare for breakfast if you combine the most interesting details of the most popular recipes and finish them with a healthy trifle.

Preparation time 15 minutes .. Rising 60+30 minutes .. Baking 10 minutes



Prepare the dough according to the recipe for the Finnish buns as described in the link and let the dough rise for one hour.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (-20°C fan oven). After proofing divide the dough into pieces of 50 grams. Globe on and place on baking sheet lined with paper or bakfolie. I prepared them two at a time. Press the balls from above gently flat and let them rise for 10 minutes under the foil.
