Apple pudding

Delicious taste of real apple pudding. Fantastic as a dessert with biscuits or fruit.

Preparation time 40 minutes


  • 700 g apples
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 75 g pudding powder
  • 75 g sugar


Peel the apples, cut into quarters and remove the cores. Cut the apples into pieces ca.2 cm. Bring the apple juice, sugar and apple pieces to the boil. Allow to boil for 8 minutes, till the pieces of apple do fall apart. Stir the pudding powder by the lawyer to the compote and bring him again to the boil. Allow to cool down a bit.

Pour still warm pudding in glass or shapes and decorate as desired.

Serve with pieces of fruit and/or biscuits.
