Super yummy salad of my childhood.
Preparation time 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 500 g carrot
- juice of 1 orange
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- few drops of sunflower oil
PREPARATION
Peel and wash the carrots and grate them finely in a bowl. Sprinkle with sunflower oil and mix well. This will make the carotene of carrots, they are free to take on rapper in the body. Add the citrus juices and sugar in and mix thoroughly.
