Do you have som left overs of cauliflower rice with mushrooms →? Divide it into a puff pastry, add beloved cheese and you have a snack for children, or lunch for your husband.
Preparation time 5 minutes .. Baking 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 5 pers
- cauliflower rice with mushrooms →
- puff pastry (5 square sheets of 15 x 15 cm)
- 80 g grated cheese (or slices of Brie cheese)
- 1 beaten egg
- sesame or other seed for sprinkling
Cut the dough into squares 15 x 15 cm. Put 2 Tbsp of cauliflower rice in each, sprinkle with grated cheese and fold in half. Continue to consume the filling.
Heat the oven to 410°C.
Fold the prepared slices onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Smear them with a beaten egg, prick them so that they do not swell when baking and sprinkle them with sesame (or whatever you want).
Bake for 15 minutes until pink and after baking, let them cool on the grill.
You can serve them as dinner with a favorite salsa, or as a snack for children, or as your lunch for work.
