Yoghberry

Fantastic treat for the hot summer days.

Preparation time 5 minutes .. Cooling 120 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers

  • 500 ml full-fat yogurt
  • 600 g little berries
  • 7 tbsp agave siroop, or honey
  • a few drops of lemon juice
  • ice maker

PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Zetvoor 2 hours in the refrigerator. After two hours the yogurt mixture into the ice and do spins to ice.

Put the ice in the pot then closes tight and freeze or enjoy immediately.

If you have no ice maker, put the ice in the ramekins and place in the freezer to harden. Serve afterwards.
