White chocolate fudge with candied fruits

Delicious treat of white chocolate.

Preparation time 10-15 minutes .. Cooling 4 hours .. Durability none- they are immediately gone


  • 350 g white chocolate
  • 1 cane of sweet condensed milk
  • 70 g candied orange peels
  • 60 g candied dates
  • 20 g butter


Place the chocolate into chunks, condensed milk, butter and a little salt in a saucepan. Heat over low heat so that everything melts slowly stirring constantly. Stir well with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is melted and well blended.

Remove from heat and stir now the chopped fruits. The mixture begins when it is good to be in a little fudgy. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with baking paper (I used a cake tin). Flatten with a spatula.

Allow at least 4 hours to harden in the fridge.

Cut the fudge into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or eat alike at all, because the fudge is really dangerous irresistible.
