Turkey saute with pickles

Slightly spicy and extremely tasty dish.

Preparation time .. 15 minutes .. Baking 45 minutes


  • 700 g chicken or turkey breast
  • 100 g of sterilised corn
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 tbsp of pickles
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp worchester sauce
  • 1 dl oil
  • 1,5 dl culinaire cream
  • rice or French fries according to wish


Cut meat into thin strips. Chop the onions and cut the corn into smaller pieces. Mix all ingredients except the cream together and allow to rest.

Heat a pan with a little oil, put the meat mixture and fry it from all sides. When the meat is almost done, add the cream, season with salt and pepper and simmer for a while. Meanwhile, prepare the fries, or cook the rice.

Divide the meat into trays or on heated plates and serve with rice or fries and a well-chilled glass of wine or cider.
