Blissful combination of lamb and leek. Proof that you can create a delicious dinner with a simple wok recipe. Our plates were empty really quickly.
Preparation time 30 minutes .. Baking 10-15 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 400 g celtic lamb, in thin strips
- 2 leek in 1 cm thick rings
- 3 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
- 2 tbsp soja sauce
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 2 tbsp sesam oil
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Stir in the sesame oil, soy sauce, wine, crushed garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in a bowl to make a marinade and toss the slices of lamb it. Let the meat marinate 20 minutes in refrigerator.
Heat the oil in a wok or pan.Laat Drain the lamb in a sieve, reserving the marinade. Spoon the meat into the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes on high heat. Spoon the leek through and add the marinade. Heat the dish, stirring for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
Mix the cornflour with a little water and add this paste while stirring to the court. Heat the lamb for 1-2 minutes until the sauce binds light.
Serve with rice and glass of white wine or beer.
