Spring salad

Childhood memory – the very best spring salad with radishes from my mother.

Preparation time 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 4-6 pers

  • 2 bundles radishes, sliced
  • 3 pipe onions, chopped
  • 2-3 small cucumbers, chopped
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup hard cheese, chopped
  • 2 cans sour cream
  • salt


Mix all the vegetables together with the cheese in the bowl. Add the sour cream and season with would. Mix again thoroughly and serve with piece of dark bread or baguette.

Great as a lunch for kids or to work.
