Spinach ravioli dough

Yummy, healthy, colour-less and still natural green dough for your beloved pasta meal.

Preparation time 30 minutes .. Resting time 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 4-6 pers

  • 100 g spinach
  • 350 g hard wheat (or gluten free flour)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • lukewarm water, if necessary


First of all mix the spinach in the mixer until puree. Mix it after with beaten egg and blend all ingredients for the dough in a food processor or by the hand. As above, the dough should hold together, but be stiff and not sticky. Add more flour if your dough is even slightly sticky.

Cover the dough with kitchen film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

After is the dough ready to be processed for endless kinds of pasta.
