My own recipe 😉 Fantastic pesto with fresh taste for pasta or rice. But you can also add in fried meat, warm a bit up together and serve immediately.

Preparation time 10 minutes .. Durability few days in refrigerator
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 200 g young spinach
- few springs parsley
- few springs of mint (only leaves)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot
- juice from 1/2 lime
- black pepper
- coarse sea salt
PREPARATION
Chop the spinach, mint and parsley with a knife and put everything into a higher glass or a mixer. Add the finely chopped shallot and garlic, followed by pepper, sea salt and olive oil and mix with a hand or electric blender until smooth but not too liquid mass.
Season the pesto afterwards, if necessary, with pepper, lime juice or salt and ready.
