Savoy cabbage soup with meat balls

Great soup for garden party.

Preparation time 55 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 4-6 pers

  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 3 l vegetable broth
  • 200 g meat balls
  • salt & pepper

PREPARATION
