Personally, I can sleep with pins too. And especially those with a little bit of meat 🙂 These savoy pins are really fantastic and not only because the savoy cabbage is great for digestion, but also because of the Irish beer that amazingly goes with them.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 1/2 savoy cabbage
- 2-3 potatoes
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp flour
- 5 tbsp oats
- 2-3 eggs
- 100 g finally chopped bacon
- salt & pepper
- sunflower oil for baking
PREPARATION
Remove the core from the savoy cabbage and chop it into the kitchen robot. Now also chop the potatoes. Put everything in the bowl and add all remaining ingredients (except the oil).
Heat the oil in the bottom of the pan. Form the vegetable mass the pins in the pan and fry them from both sides to dandruff. Bake the pins until all the mass has been processed. Ready.
Pins are not only delicious but also healthy because the savoy cabbage is perfect for your digestion and the oatmeal helps with the stool.
