BLUEBERRY MOUSSE
- 500 + 100 g real, wild bllueberries
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 50 g sugar
- 4 + 1 gelatin sheets (or 2 + 1 g agar-agar)
- little blueberries for decoration
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven up to 220°C (fun ovens -20°C).
Prepare the sponge cake recipe in the link. I baked him a cake pan. Let cool completely.
BLUEBERRY MOUSSE
Boil 500 grams of blueberries with sugar until they burst. Get them through a sieve and add aroused gelatin or agar at. Whip the cream until stiff and mix half under the blueberry jelly.
Pour some blueberry mousse cake on the bottom in a cake ring. Do some blueberries and pour it completely with remaining mousse. Allow to stiffen an hour in the fridge.
Meanwhile, cook 100 grams of blueberries. Strain them and add a little gelatin. Let stiffen little bit and then pour the jelly on cooled cake in a thin layer.
Decorate with a few blueberries and enjoy!
