Quick and tasty dinner with minimum ingredients.
Preparation time 4 minutes .. Baking 8 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 2 pers
- 2 x 200 g salmon fillet
- 1/2 Savoy cabbage, finely sliced
- little piece of leek, finely sliced in half rings
- 2 tbsp of Australian spice mix
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt & pepper
- a few drops of lemon juice
PREPARATION
Mix in a bowl together with the raw savoy cabbage leek rings. In another bowl mix together the mayonnaise with Australian spice. Then mix the spicy mayonnaise together with the vegetables en set aside until use.
Transfer the salmon with salt and pepper and fry it in the pan on a piece of butter, sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice, both sides no longer than four minutes.
Serve the salmon with the salad and eat tasty.
