Red currant jelly

The one and only jelly for your delicious Christmas recipes.

Preparation time 55 minutes .. Durability 1 year


  • 1 kg red currant
  • 700 g brown sugar
  • 10 g jelly agent


Rinse the berries, puree them in a food processor and put them through the food mill, so skins, pips and stalks behind. Add in the juice of the berries, sugar and mix well together.

Bring to a boil, stirring and bubbling boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir for 1 minute.

Pour the jelly in jar and gently close them immediately.
