Raspberry – cranberry sauce

Another festive sauce for your meat.

Preparation time 15-20 minutes


  • 350 g raspberries
  • 1 cup of cranberries
  • 1 orange zest
  • ¼ cup of orange juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 cup of red wine


In preparation, you can finely chop the shallot and orange presses. Melt the butter and add the shallots. Keep up off for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Optionally you the juice from the pork comes through mixing. Cook the sauce over medium heat until mixture thickens. After about 15 to 20 minutes you can remove the sauce from the heat.
