Raisins bread

Typical Belgian raisin bread for breakfast.

Preparation time 10 minutes .. Rising 30+45+45 minutes .. Baking 25-30 minutes

Prepare the dough according to the recipe in the link and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Meanwhile Soak the raisins for 15 minutes in warm water, drain and dry kitchen, with a paper towel.

After rising knead the dough, add raisins and knead again into a loaf and let rise for 45 minutes, covered with a plastic bag. Meanwhile, prepare the baking sheet (either spread with butter or cover with baking paper).

After the second rising knead the dough again, adjust it to the desired shape and put into prepared baking dish. Now let it rise for the last time for 45 minutes, or until doubled in volume.

Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180°C. After rising, spread the bread with beaten egg and put it in the oven. Bake him for 25 to 30 minutes. After baking put the bread on the grid and let cool completely.

When cool, it can be cut up and freeze for later.
