Yummy comfort food with not heavy steak of lamb.
Preparation time 12 minutes .. Baking 60 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 4 x 200 g lamb fillet
- 250 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 red onion in half rings
- 2 potatoes in cubes
- 1/2 butter pumpkin in cubes
- 4 tbsp dried thyme
- little piece of butter
- olive oil
- coarse salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven till 392°F.
Clean all vegetables and cut the potatoes and pumpkin into equal cubes and the onion in half rings.
Put some olive oil on the bottom of an oven dish and sprinkle very slightly with coarse salt. Sprinkle with all the vegetables, sprinkle with thyme and a little coarse salt, sprinkle lightly with olive oil and gently mix together.
Put them in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes until cooked.
For about 10 minutes before the vegetables are ready, heat the pan with a piece of butter. Spice the meat with salt and pepper and cook the steaks in the pan for about 10 minutes.
Serve with a nice beer or wine.
