Here in Belgium, the school does not cook, so I’m forced to prepare lunch for my child daily. This is one of the attempts of “desperate mother” – and what a great way to teach young people to eat salads and vegetables.
Preparation time 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 8 pcs kebab breads
- 1/2 pound chicken fillet
- a few quail eggs
- bunch of radishes
- bag of lettuce
- Mycryo or butter
- 6 tsp Australian dried bush herbs
- 4 tbsp olive mayonnaise
- salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Bake kebab according to package directions. Boil quail eggs hard.
Cut chicken fillet into pieces, flavor with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Mycryo (or fry in the butter) and roast them on a dry pan a few minutes from both sides.
In meanwhile, prepare the Australian mayonnaise: in a smaller bowl pour Australian herbs in the same quantity of water and let them soften for a while. Then add the olive mayonnaise and mix well.
Open baked kebab sandwiches from the side. Fill them with prepared vegetables, meat and mayonnaise and serve with quail eggs, radishes and lettuce.
