True Italian salsa verde.
Preparation time 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 6 tbsp chopped basil leafs
- 6 tbsp chopped parsley
- 6 tbsp gesneden mint leafs
- 1 tbsp kapars
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp chopped lemon zest
- 4-5 tbsp olijfolie
- coarse sea salt
PREPARATION
Puree chopped mint, parsley and basil with a little coarse-grain salt, capers, olive oil, lime juice and grated rind of the lemon in the upper container. Ready.
Serve with fish, pasta, pizza, or as a flavouring for salty snacks.
