I am very happy to publish my husband’s testimony. Following words are his thanksgiving to the Lawyer and the Advocate par excellence – to our Father, Jesus Christ. Let it be an encouragement to all who are hungry and thirsty for righteousness, for they will indeed be satisfied.

I closed one of my retail property at the end of 2016. My rent ended. Only the landlord did not agree with the notice period of one month and requested additional rent and compensation while he was not entitled to either.

Instead of a human conversation, he forced me into a long-running lawsuit. I did not have money for a lawyer, so I was obliged to handle the case “myself”. Not a very pleasant feeling. But my Ezer Kenegdo assisted me and turned me to God as my only and true Advocate.

Led by Him we went twice, first at the district court and then before the higher court on appeal to pray before the court buildings themselves, and to do what God has told us: to proclaim His righteousness, to return these courts unto His authority and to pray for the servants of that courts. Then followed the lawsuits. First at the district court where the case was won. The landlord then lodged an appeal. I felt uncomfortable because of the intimidation of the opposing party’s lawyer who not only used my evidences against me, but also wrote in his conclusion, laughing me out that I had not engaged a lawyer. With that he has provoked God as He is my Advocate.

We continued to pray with the words that God had given us Himself and did so until the last moment. Before the penultimate session, God told me that I would expose the lie of the opposing party straight on the court. And it really happened! The opposing lawyer asked for postponement and suggested in his letter to me, that my presence was not really necessary, while he had sent his partner to this hearing to have me convicted in absentia. That did not work because God spoke to me and told me to go anyway. Even the judge had understood their lie and said he would not tolerate further postponement. I have literally experienced following verses:

• Isaiah 54:17 – No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.
• Jeremiah 1:9.12 – Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth…for I will hasten my word to perform it.
• Job 20:5 – For the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment

After the last session the verdict has now been pronounced in which the opposing party is fully convicted. They now have to pay me a honour reparation of one euro.

I want to thank God to be my Lawyer, my Judge and Advocate for fulfilling His promises, for the support I have received from Him all the time and for the deliverance of the heavy burden that all of this caused.

Jesus is the true Word of God who has become flesh.
