Soft dough for fruity, French pies and pastries.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 10-15 minutes
- 250 g flour
- 125 g soft margarine
- 125 g fine granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
Spoon the flour on a work surface in circle. Place in the center of the circle the egg, butter, salt, sugar and vanilla. Mix all this briefly in a homogeneous dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest for several hours in the refrigerator.
After cooling, roll dough to 2,5 mm thickness and spreads the shapes of your choice.
Bake the cake with this dough at 180°C (large cakes) and 190°C (small cakes). The baking time will depend upon the size of the product.
The cooling time of the dough is important in order to prevent shrinkage. of the dough
