Elderflower Granita ®

Tasty, healthy and refreshing sorbet.

Preparation time 30 minutes .. Cooling min. 4 hours


  • 200 ml elderflower syrup
  • 700 ml cold water
  • juice from 1/2 limet
  • 2 egg withs


Mix the syrup, water and limet juice together in a pot and set for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Beat 2 egg withs in the cooled mixture until foamy, pour everything into the ice cream maker and process for 40 minutes. Then put in cooling recipient and let in the freezer to harden.

Cast on 10 minutes before serving in the refrigerator.
