Egg free chocolate mousse

Afraid of proteins? With this mousse you don’t have to worry at all.

Preparation time 15-30 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 4-6 pers

  • 1 cup pure chocolate
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup boter
  • 2 sheets of gelatine
  • 2 cups iced cream


Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Place the chocolate in a small saucepan along with the butter. Let melt, stirring on a very low heat. Pour 1 cup cream to the melted chocolate and let cool. Beat the rest of the cream on with a mixer, along with the powdered sugar. Soak the gelatine leaves in a little water. Wring them out and mix them into the chocolate. Pour the cooled chocolate with the cream and fold everything gently.

Put at least one hour in the refrigerator to stiffen and serve.
