Fantastic, light Easter menu with delicious fresh potato salad. The recipe was prepared as dinner on Holy Saturday, but because of moving of POVVI, I publish it just now.
Preparation time 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4 pers
- 16 stuks kwartelfilets
- 3 el honing
- 4 el sojasaus
- 3 el olijfolie
- 2 el fijngehakte pistaches
- sap van 1 sinaasappel
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Marinate quail fillets at least 2 hours in a mixture of olive oil, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, pepper and salt. Put the fillets and lightly greased baking sheet sprinkle with chopped pistachios and bake in the oven 10 to 15 minutes. Keep warm. In meanwhile, prepare potato-herb salad recipe according the recipe from the link. Sprinkle the fillets before serving with chopped pistachios (optional), serve on the warmed plates and serve the salad in a separate bowl.
Real, spring and very easily digestible menu suitable also for family celebrations.
