Great, wonderful aromatic supplement for meat and vegetable dishes, as well as the filling for savory delicacies.
Preparation time 65 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- tomatoes
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 springs thyme
- 1 crushed clove of garlic
- salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Cut peeled tomatoes in half and remove the core and seeds. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle thyme, a lot of sugar, olive oil and salt and pepper over the tomatoes. Push with the flat side of a knife on a garlic bulb and place the cloves in the baking tray.
Place the tomatoes for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 100°C.
