Easy, nutritious en very yummy walnut buns. Easy to make, delicious with soup or salad or just as breakfast. Recipe is borrowed from mummum.dk
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Rising over night .. Baking 10-13 minutes .. Durability xx weeks
INGREDIENTS .. 12 pcs
- 5OO ml finger-warm water
- 5 g of yeast
- 300 g wheat flour
- 260 g rye flour
- 130 g chopped walnuts
- 1,5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
PREPARATION
Stir the yeast into finger-warm water. Add sugar, wheat flour and rye flour. Stir it together. Add salt and chopped walnuts. Knead dough well together. Cover the bowl with household film and place it in the refrigerator overnight or 8-9 hours.
Turn on the oven to 230°C (hot air).
Pour the dough onto a floured table. Divide the dough into approximately 12 pieces. This is easily done with a dough divider. Place the buns on a baking tray, laid with baking paper.
Bake the buns for approximately 10-13 min. They sound hollow when done.
