Little treats with delicious chocolate – coffee flavour.
Preparation time 30 minutes .. Baking 20-25 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. ± 90 pcs
- 2 tsp of instant coffee powder
- 130 g chocolate
- 125 g soft butter
- 250 g brown sugar
- 1/2 sachet vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 180 g flour
- 1/4 sachet baking powder
- 2,5 tbsp cocoa powder
- icing sugar
Preheat the oven at 175°C.
Mix the coffee powder with 250 ml of boiling water. Let the coffee cool down.
Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to a cream. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa and stir it together with the coffee through the cream.
Pour the batter into the pastry bag and pour it into mini muffin paper tins. Add two pieces of chocolate in the butter and bake the cookies about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan oven 125°C).
After baking, let the the cookies cool down completely. Sprinkle them with icing sugar and done.
Nothing for those who are constantly thinking about loosing weight or always count eaten calories.
