Buckwheat soup balls

Gezonde boekweit wolkjes voor je soep. Zeker een aanrader als je geen vleesballetjes of leverballetjes lust.

Preparation time 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. for 2,5 liter soup

  • 90 g buckwheat flour
  • 1/5 tsp salt
  • 50 ml water


Mix the flour, salt and half a 50 ml of water in a tea mug. If the dough is too stiff, add some water, best with one tablespoon per turn. The dough must have a porridge consistency, but must be as thick as thicker honey. You do best a test in the soup.
