Blueberry moelleux

Blueberry version of moelleux with a pistachio heart.

Preparation time 35 minutes .. Baking time 15-18 minutes

PREPARATION OF THE FILLING

Prepare the filling as described in the recipe from the link, even a few days or weeks in advance.

PREPARATION OF MOELLEUX

Preheat the oven to 180 °F. Mix the flour and the yeast and mash the blueberries. Add the sugar and mix well.

Beat the eggs and add them together with the cream. Sift the flour with the yeast and mix well. Take 6 individual silicone baking tins (can also be a hole in the middle). Divide the batter on baking tins and press the pistachio heart in the middle.

Bake for about 15-18 minutes in the oven. Take out of the oven, let rest for 5 minutes and demould the moelleux on a grid.

Let cool slightly and serve immediately.
