Banana Jib-Jab

A soft and quick dessert of surpluses.

Preparation time 5 minutes .. Cooling 60 minutes

INGREDIENTS .. 2-3 pers

  • 3 bananas
  • 1+1 thick tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 thick tbsp cottage cheese
  • 125 ml whipped cream

PREPARATION

Whip the cream with 1 tbsp icing sugar. Set aside.

Break the banana into small pieces and whisk them with hand mixer flat. Add 1 thick tbsp icing sugar and fat cottage cheese and mix well together. Finally add the whipped cream too.

Pour the cream into the glasses, decorate with kaki fruit or as desired and put them to the refrigerator until serving.
