Fresh and yummy salad, full of omega 3.
Preparation time 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 2 pers
- 1 canned mackerel
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 tbsp Dijon mosterd
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Let the mackerel leak and break the pieces with a fork in a bowl. Put the egg in the same bowl and stick it with the fork to break it into small pieces. Cut the chives and put it in the bowl. Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise and pepper and salt and mix well with each other.
Ready.
Serve with wasa rolls, or baguette.
