Tasty cake with juicy texture. Suitable for coffee or tea time with friends. The recipe is given for the full baking tray but my cake is made out of just the half of the ingredients.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 20-25 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. full baking tray
- 2 glasses curdled milk
- 2 glasses hard wheat
- 2 glasses icing sugar
- 1/2 glass of oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 coffee spoon bicarbonate
- chopped nuts or raisins
- favorite jam
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
- 125 g dark chocolate
- 4 full tbsp icing sugar
- 4 full tbsp of Mycryo
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix all the ingredients for the cake in the bowl but finally add the raisins. Pour the batter on baking paper invested baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven.
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
Melt the chocolate in two steps in the microwave, add the Mycryo and powdered sugar.
Grease the cake after baking with jam and then with chocolate icing.
Let cool down and you can enjoy it.
