Fluffy, fruity, with full cocoa flavour and fresh touch of lemon zest.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Baking 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS .. 4-6 pers
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 0,5 cup of custard sugar
- 0,5 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 2 little eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 300 g cherries
- lemon zest of 1 lemon
Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot air ovens -20°C).
Mix the baking soda into the flour and set aside. Beat the eggs with the mixer loose, add crystal sugar and vanilla and beat until the sugar has dissolved. Add the milk and beat a little further. Also add the flour and finally the oil over it. As least mix also the lemon zest in.
Pour the dough into a baking tin mayed with baking paper and lay on the cherries. Bake the cake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the meat stick comes out clean.
Serve with a cloud of whipped cream and a sauce or with small fruits.
