Fantastic chocolates with deep chocolate flavour and perfect even for the hardest allergies and all vegan fans.
Preparation time 10 minutes .. Cooling 30 minutes .. Durability 3-9 months
INGREDIENTS .. 60 pcs
- 500 g raw chocolate
- 250 g Agave syrup (or honey)
- 5-6 tbsp Mycryo (or whipping cream)
COCOS FILLING
- 50 g grated coconut
- 30 g condensed coconut milk
- grated coconut, or chips for decoration
WALNUT FILLING
- 170 g ground walnuts
- zest of 1 lemon
- 170 g icing sugar
- 1 dl water
- brésilienne, or smarties for decoration
PREPARATION
First, prepare the filling: mix the grated coconut and condensed milk in a bowl.
Melt the chocolate in three phases with mycryo and syrup in the microwave. Poor a little of the chocolate mass at the bottom of the paper cups. The mass is not too liquid, but feels more as a creamy thick chocolate. But still liquid enough to be processed. Then fill them with filling and cover with chocolate.
Finally decorate with shredded coconut or coconut chips and leave half an hour to harden in the refrigerator.
I was inspired to prepare this threat by Daniela from FB. She asked me if I can prepare some Christmas threats, suitable for people with multi allergies. I accepted the challenge and the first of delicacies, suitable for celiac, lactose, egg, and nutty allergy is born. Besides, it is also suitable for vegans 🙂
