INGREDIENTS
- 150 g butter
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 3 eggs, split
- 150 g cassonade sugar
- 100 g finely chopped hazelnuts
- 75 g sifted flour
PREPARATION
Melt butter together with the chocolate. Beat the egg yolks with the brown sugar and mix with the chocolate. Add the hazelnuts and flour and mix well. Beat the egg whites and stir well into the mixture. Ready.
